Job Vacancy:

Manager (Temperature Recorders)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager (Temperature Recorders) to oversee and manage the temperature recording system at our button mushroom cultivation rooms at our plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal environmental conditions, maintaining accurate temperature records, and working closely with the cultivation team to ensure the highest quality yield.

  • Monitor and Manage Temperature Systems: Oversee the temperature control systems to ensure ideal conditions for mushroom cultivation, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
  • Temperature Record Keeping: Ensure accurate recording of temperature data at specified intervals, maintaining thorough records of temperature readings and reporting any deviations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze temperature data to identify trends and suggest adjustments to optimize growing conditions.
  • Coordinate with Cultivation Team: Work closely with the cultivation and technical teams to adjust environmental parameters as needed, based on temperature records and growth stages.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Monitor and maintain the temperature control and recording equipment, conducting regular checks to ensure proper functioning.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices regarding temperature management and quality control.
  • Training and Leadership: Train and manage a team of temperature recorders, providing guidance, support, and ensuring that data collection protocols are followed correctly.

Job Vacancy:

Mushroom Cultivator / Mushroom Grower

We are looking for an experienced Mushroom Cultivator / Mushroom Grower who has a deep understanding of mushroom growing in high-tech environments specialized in advanced farming/cultivation techniques. Responsible for ensuring optimal growing conditions, high yields, and top-quality mushrooms consistently round the year.

  • Mushroom Cultivation: Oversee and manage the entire mushroom cultivation process, from substrate preparation to harvesting, ensuring optimal conditions at every stage.
  • High-Tech Farming Systems: Utilize advanced farming technology, such as automated climate control, sensors, and data analysis tools, to optimize growing conditions for mushrooms.
  • Environmental Control: Monitor and adjust environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, and light to ensure ideal growth conditions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the production of high-quality mushrooms by adhering to strict cultivation protocols, ensuring proper handling and maintaining farm hygiene standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to environmental controls, pests, diseases, or substrate quality, ensuring minimal disruption to the cultivation process.
  • Data Recording & Analysis: Record and analyze key cultivation data, including temperature, humidity, yield rates, and growth patterns, to identify trends and optimize operations.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with farm technicians and other team members to ensure seamless farm operations, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  • Sustainability Practices: Implement sustainable growing practices, reducing waste, conserving energy, and minimizing the environmental impact of our farming methods.

Job Vacancy:

Supervisors

We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented Supervisors to oversee and manage our Packaging, Cutting, and Temperature Regulation operations in our mushroom processing plants. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in these areas, a strong focus on quality control, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams to meet production goals.

Packaging Supervisor:

  • Supervise the packaging of mushrooms, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are packed efficiently for distribution.
  • Oversee packaging teams, ensuring they follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement to ensure supplies are available.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, ensuring the correct labeling, packaging, and storage.

Cutting Supervisor:

  • Supervise the cutting and trimming of mushrooms, ensuring adherence to product specifications and consistency in size and quality.
  • Train and manage the cutting team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and proper use of equipment.
  • Monitor the hygiene standards in the cutting area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks on cut products, ensuring they meet the required specifications for packaging.

Temperature Regulation Supervisor:

  • Oversee the temperature control processes in the cultivation and post-harvest stages, ensuring that all environmental conditions meet the optimal standards for mushroom growth and quality.
  • Monitor temperature data and address any discrepancies to avoid production delays or quality issues.
  • Ensure that temperature recording devices and systems are calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • Lead temperature-related troubleshooting and work closely with the technical team to resolve any issues.

General Responsibilities (for all Supervisors):

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of production teams, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training to team members.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and report on production targets, quality control issues, and resource utilization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance overall productivity and quality.
